Prices are per day for the exclusive use of the chalet, and include all taxes and duties (excluding local tax Euro 3,80 per adult)

Prices are per day and chalet, and include all taxes, breakfast, concierge and cleaning.
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit (50% of the price). The deposit is payable within 7 days of your reservation. We accept cash, EC card, Visa and Mastercard. The chalet remains available to others until receipt of your deposit.
In the event of cancellation, early departure or late arrival, room prices will be charged in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract regulations.

Cancellation fee according to AGBH 2006: 
In case of cancellation between 3 months and 29 days before the planned day of arrival, the down payment shall be retained as cancellation fee. For cancellation in between 28 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total hotel cost, within the last week 90%.
